We can either come to you and work with your accounting package at your premises or we can set your accounts up on one of our accounting packages and store all your records on one of our secure servers.
If you choose to use our offsite bookkeeping service, we will arrange for you to have remote dial-up or secure Internet access to enable you to view your accounts at any time. All of your data will held on fully redundent servers which are backed up daily and be fully protected from unauthorised viewing or theft. Apart from a one-off setup charge, as detailed below, there are no extra costs involved with this service.
We will liase directly with your accountants for your year end and, if you require, we will liase directly with the Revenue in respect of Tax or VAT audits.
